RBI Grade B 2022 Vacancy

RBI Grade B 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the conditions listed above in order to apply online for the RBI Grade B Exam.

Nationality

The candidate must be an Indian citizen or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who has permanently settled in India before January 1, 1962, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with the intention of permanently residing in India.

RBI Exams 2022: Age Limit

Minimum Age Limit: 21 Yrs.

Maximum Age Limit: 30 Yrs

Guidelines ACC. To RBI Exams For Educational Qualifications

1. Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR)-(General):- Minimum of 60% (or 50% for SC/ST/PwBD) or an equal grade in Bachelor's degree, as well as 12th (or Diploma or similar) and 10th Standard examinations. The minimum qualifying percentage or equivalent grade for the Bachelor's degree will be calculated as an average of all semesters/years.

2. Officer in Grade ‘B’ (DR) DEPR:- A Master's Degree in Economics / Econometrics / Quantitative Economics / Mathematical Economics / Integrated Economics Course/ Finance from a recognised Indian or Foreign University /Institute, with a minimum of 55 percent marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years; OR PGDM/ MBA Finance with a minimum of 55 percent marks or an equivalent grade in aggregate of all semesters /years from a recognised Indian or Foreign University /Institute;

3. Officer in Grade ‘B’ (DR)-DSIM:- Master's Degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Econometrics/ Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Kharagpur/ Applied Statistics & Informatics from IIT-Bombay with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade (aggregate of all semesters/years) OR Master's Degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade (aggregate of all semesters/years) and a one-year postgraduate diploma in Statistics.

RBI Grade B Exam Number of attempts

RBI Grade B 2022 Online Application

How To Apply Online For RBI Grade B 2022

1. Once the link is active, click on it or go to the official website @rbi.org.in.

2. Separate links for Gr B online applications (DR) DEPR/ DSIM general and online applications would be displayed.

3. To begin a new registration, select the "Click here for New Registration" link and fill out the required information.

4. The system will generate a Registration Number and Password.

5. The registration number and password are issued through email and SMS to the provided email address and mobile phone.

6. Log in with your Registration number and Password and fill out all of the required information.

7. Include a scanned copy of your most current photograph and signature, as well as a left-hand thumb impression and a handwritten declaration.

RBI Grade B Syllabus

As you are aware, the selection of RBI Grade B Officers will take place in three stages. The first two are written tests, while the third is an interview.

The RBI Grade B phase-1 test is a computer-based objective examination that is administered online. It will be divided into four sections: general knowledge, English language, quantitative aptitude, and reasoning.

The RBI Grade B Phase II Exam is objective and descriptive in nature. This stage will concentrate on Economic and Social Issues, English Language, and Finance and Management.

RBI Grade B Salary Structure

Candidates selected for the job of Officers through the RBI Grade B 2022 Exam would be paid a yearly remuneration of 12-14 Lac. The RBI Grade B Officer's exact pay scale is Rs. 35150-1750(9)-50900-EB-1750(2)-54400-2000(4)-62400. Candidates would be paid a basic salary of Rs. 35,150/-, with an annual increment of Rs. 1,750/- for the first nine years of service.

After these nine years, the officers will be promoted to the executive band, where their base pay will be increased to Rs. 50,900/-, followed by an increase of Rs. 1,750/- for the next two years and an increase of Rs. 2000/- for the following two years. Thus, a candidate will end up with a base income of Rs. 62,400/- even if he or she does not receive any promotion.

Aside from the Basic Pay, candidates are also given several perks such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family Allowance, Telephone Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, and so on after they join the RBI as Officers.

RBI Grade B 2022 Admit Card

Candidates who intend to take the exam must obtain their RBI Grade B Admit Card through the direct link or the official website. Candidates will receive their admit cards for the RBI Grade B Exam separately for Prelims and Mains. Candidates who successfully submit their RBI Grade B Online Application Form will be awarded a Prelims Call Letter, and candidates who qualify for the prelims phase of the RBI Grade B 2022 Exam will be issued a Mains Admit Card.

RBI Grade B 2022 Result

The Reserve Bank of India will disclose the RBI Grade B Result for the Prelims Exam shortly after the Prelims Exam has been completed. The marks obtained by candidates in the RBI Exam 2022 in Prelims, Main Exam, and Interview will be posted on the Bank's website only once the final result is announced. After the interview procedure is completed, the merit list is generated in descending order of the marks achieved by candidates.

RBI Grade B Cut off

The RBI Grade B 2022 cut off will be announced when each step of the test is completed. The Prelims exam cut-off will be revealed first, followed by the Mains exam cut-off. Candidates can assess their marks and prospects of selection by comparing their results to the RBI's cut-off list.
